Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If your item is faulty please email or phone us with a description of the fault and we will either repair or replace. Artist Guitars prides itself on its superior service and backup support. What’s Covered: Artist Guitars will cover any faults in workmanship or materials for a period of 2 Years from date of purchase. If you have any issues simply contact us with a description of the fault (a picture can also help in many cases) and a copy of your original invoice number from ArtistGuitars.com.au Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and is only available in Australia. In most cases the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send the part for free to you, or if more extensive work is required we will get the unit back to us (or in some cases we will just send you out a replacement).
