Artist Guitars 2 Year Warranty Policy

What’s Covered: Artist Guitars will cover any faults in workmanship or materials for a period of 2 Years from date of purchase. If you have any issues simply contact us with a description of the fault (a picture can also help in many cases) and a copy of your original invoice number from ArtistGuitars.com.au Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and is only available in Australia. In most cases the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send the part for free to you, or if more extensive work is required we will get the unit back to us (or in some cases we will just send you out a replacement).
